Wait you mean it is our best friend?  I would take back my original statement then.  I'd not be able to do her without thinking of what she used to be... but if it was a less close friend that turned girl.. no problem. 

Well I hear if you share a box of Seece's Pieces you get a similar temporary gender bending effect. So if you get yourself a box you can try it out on one of your less than close friends at a party when you're both drunk. "Yep, just keep eating the Seece's Pieces and you'll feel MUCH better in the morning... TRUST ME"
