Dahlia is the mother, and Cheryl seems to have painted her in a very negative light, while thinking Harry as a knight in shining armour.  Kaufman at the end tells her that she (her mother) is not the monster Cheryl makes her out to be.

This is one of the aspects of the game that confused me. Throughout it (specially towards the end), Dahlia is suggested as the mother. She says shes married to Harry, she even calls Cheryl her daughter, but when Harry is in her apartment the woman with blonde hair is her mother. Also, an ending shows Harry and the blonde woman splitting up, with Cheryl taping it all. Then theres the fact that when Dahlia is young, she says she hardly knows Cheryl. So in this imaginary world, Dahlia is Cheryls stepmother.

Ill piggyback what most here are saying that Harry isnt real, and is only in Cheryls imagination. That would make all the other characters imaginary as well.
