Right, also considering that the chimera are fighting humans in the 1950s there is a huge tech gap. The humans in resistance are getting by from learing and altering chimeran tech. Imagine what would happen if the Helghast learned and merged chimeran tech with thier own.

Yeah this point works against you too. You see how advanceed the Chimera are in the 1950's? Imagine how super advanced they will be in 2009!! I almost shit myself thinking about it.

Okay I'll admit the lightning weapons were fucking sick; but damn the Chimera will have way more scary shit then that.
