The Stone Prisoner and Warden's Keep are the longest DLC modules available, and those last barely an hour each. If you're expecting a single Ostagar sidequest to last several hours, I think you'll end up quite disappointed.

Stone Prisoner offers more then just a side quest. You get the opportunity to add a new unique and voiced character. For a fan, this is huge for replayability.

When asked why their DLC is so short, Bioware said that a large part of the budget for the DLC goes to voice acting.

 

There's a lot of smaller things you get... like extra abilities, new loot, story background, character growth.. .etc.



It'll probably cost $5 anyway, which is the price of a latte, so definitely worth it if you like the game.
