The three part finale of bosses in Contra 3 and the corresponting music always gets my pulse pounding and palms sweating...
Also I'm surprised one of the posters earlier listed a good deal of boss music from Paper Mario, but didn't mention the epic Shadow Queen's theme from Thousand Year Door... another three part finale theme that always gets my heart racing! Skip ahead to 4:40 if you're pressed for time... that's when shit really starts going down!
