Why does Nintendo take that long to make games compared to HD consoles?

so i read all 15 pages and everyopne except for testres didn't complain or was against testres's complain now where is testres...i want to make this clear to everyone and finally end this thread with a saying that almost everyone said before but didn't clear it.
