Slim/drop changed the baseline.  It'd be a bigger shock if PS3 hadn't sold over 100k this week after the past few months.

 

And I like how context is suddenly a bad thing. lol.

context is not a bad thing at all, but there was no need for it. It was used only to downplay how big the week was, and I take offense to that espacially when none of us expected it. We can say all we want about how, it's obvious the PS3 was going to sell 100k, but that's guessing,  I could use the anticipation af the game as the reason sales were so high in previous weeks. it goes both way.
