how i see it
GOW and DI are very similar. you can tell that DI has alot of influence from GOW but sadly GOW seems better from what i've seen.
DMC and Bay are very similar. them both being created from the same developer say alot but its really not funny when Bay seems like a copy of dmc3 (FYI the creater of Bay did not direct or be apart of dmc3 and to most its the best of the series)
GOW and DI will have the full package making them great games
but
dmc and Bay will have hardcore indepth gameplay suited for more of the hardcore action gamers (which includes me :D) But...going to rent Bay as i hate the whole concept of the game (its terrible) but since its almost a dmc copy i'm going to have to play it! like come on she has a Stinger! |

also your not the only one about the comic book parts in DI, acually i really dont like the cutscenes at all in the game. Sure the CG is rendered nice but its not really well animated...only at some parts did it seem believeable. The 2d animated parts seemed out of place, the style they choose is very interesting and again its animated very poorly as if its just a tack on.
