Wii easy. I think next year will probably see Wii take an even larger lead due to the sustaining effect of WSR, WF, and NSMB which will probably be the biggest game in Japan this gen. I don't think FFXIII will have an ever green impact (we'll see) and what else does PS3 have in the pipeline for Japan in 2010? PS3 did have a solid year but look at all that had to happen in Japan this year for PS3 to even put up a good fight against a struggling Wii year;
They had RE5, SF4, The Slim remodel/100$ Price cut and FFXIII..Thinking about it, could 2009 be PS3's peak year? Or is it the begining?
