It would still probably need Japan for that, which the PS3 has no problem reaching at this point.

Also, the PS3 has yet to see it's biggest release and yet to drop to $199. IMO, it has a shot a doing 1 million again.

A worldwide release of GT5 during the same period FF13 launched with the ps3 at 249$ and good advertisement...yeah it might get to 1million or even surpass that + bundles.
