I'd suspect he's hinting that his studio Armature is planning to release a new IP next year for an undisclosed console. Seeing as he split from Retro he might not even be developing a title for the Wii, maybe he didn't like working for/with Nintendo. For all we know his first title could be headed to the 360 or maybe PS3 or PSP, maybe its soully a PC title.

One things for sure since he describes 2011 as being a year of sequals and not being that hot. It leads me to believe his title is a new IP scheduled for release in 2010. He might also have insight into what Rare has planned seeing as he left not that long ago. So he might also be hinting at a Retro title. However he could be insulting the Retro title as a mere sequel or exalting it as an origional IP.

In the end the article sheds absolutely no light on any Wii title let alone any clue to the release date of what ever Retro has planned. It just seems to suggest his studio Armature is planning to release a new IP for an undisclosed console next year!

Infact in a recent interview with Gamasutra, Keller of Armature states "[Armature] has the opportunity to reach people on other systems. It opens up gameplay to have more powerful systems. I've always liked all the systems, but [Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3] have a little bit more ability for you to expand your game."
