You're correct about there being one for the Xbox before BF, that was the one that screwed up almost everybody's Xbox 360 predictions in week 2 
And there was actually also another Walmart $50 giftcard deal for the Xbox Elite running from December 13-19, so they actually had 2 giftcard deals for Xbox 360 this holiday.
