Wii is the most played at my home, with the whole family enjoying it and playing a lot of its games (especially Wii Sports/Resort and right now New Super Mario Bros. Wii). It's also my console of choice, with games like New Super Mario Bros. Wii and Modern Warfare Reflex being played a lot right now.
My brother has a 360 which he keeps and plays in his room. I myself will play multiplayer games like Modern Warfare 2 and Left 4 Dead with him, and I'll also play the occasional single player game from time to time (Like Bioshock and Arkham Asylum).
I used to have a roommate in college who owned a PS3. I'd play it from time to time, mostly playing Metal Gear Sold 4 and Mortal Kombat II. 
DS is my most played handheld. I try to take it everywhere I go, and if I forget... then I'll borrow my sister's.
Haven't really gotten much time on the PSP.
