Huh, tough question for me actually...
I'm not sure if I know enough about the libraries of the other two consoles because one console per generation really is enough for me. Anyways, the 360 probably has a small lead at the moment and if Banjo-Kazooie turns out great then it is clear for me.
Backwards compatibility is a big plus for the PS3 because I did not own a PS2 and the PS2 wins easily against the 360. But in terms of games there aren't too many that I'm interested in, maybe Motorstorm and Ratched and Clank amongst the ones that are out and Asassin's Creed looks pretty interesting too, but I could get this one also with a 360.
Seeing that more and more japanese series go multiplat or exclusive to the Wii or the DS, the question of a second console is further away from me than ever, though.
