those games are as much JRPG as fable.

Then how do you define a JRPG then ?

Sudeki has all the characteristics of a typical JRPG; colorful anime inspired visuals, strong focus on storytelling, character development defined mostly by the game developers, and very linear gameplay.

Fable on the other hand has typical western fantasy art visuals with a "realistic" color palette mostly made up of various shades of brown/orange and dark green. Gameplay is open ended/sandbox with little focus on story. Character development depends largely on the players actions/choices throughout the game. It's a typical WRPG in every way.
