you can shoot and move at the same time because the fire buttons have usually drag mode enabled
so if u click the fire and you move your hands u can fire at the same time while moving it's so easy

keyb/mouse is terrible for me
it was ok in the mid 90s but now ewwwww only for romantics
first keyb is digital so u are losing analog motion 2nd the mouse can make you spin 360 in ms how can this be real? this can't happen in real life sorry :)
analog controls offer a more realistic way of turning around

So then you are moving and shooting but you can't do each exclusively once you start shooting? That seems like a flaw.

 

If I wanted realism in my video games I'd go to the Army and shot people over in Iraq. I want ease of use and functionality, something the analogs lack heavily.
