No because NSMBW will sell over 300k and reach 1.7 m atleast, and if the preview is right it will be over 1.8 m.

So FF XIII won't probably ever outsell NSMBW in Japan considering its legs.

It's a limited bundle, 200k bundle as rumored would be bigger than expected, it will not sell tons thanks to the bundle, it is more important for PS3 than for the game...Anyway this week NSMBW sold over 500k, so it's 400k over FFXIII yet, and considering ALL the FF's legs in the best case FFXIII 2nd week will not match NSMBW 4th week.

The 200k bundle rumor was supposedly bogus btw.  We don't have an exact figures, but the wizards at GAF figured it's closer to 100k and closer to sold out.
