I have to agree with this completely.

I have to say, on this site, some of you guys  have really impressed me. Sure there is the casual fan who is easily dissuaded from purchase due to any insignificant nitpick, but anyone that would let a userreview dissuade them from purchase of a Final Fantasy game, wasn't really a fan of the series to begin with.

Even those who hated FFXII, X, IX, and VIII, play the shit out of them, lol. There are a lucky few of us who actually loved every second of those games, and we aren't any more fans of the series than the detractors, we're just lucky that those games appealed to us.

So yeah, I'm impressed. A lot of fans are sticking by the series through these inevitable and nonsensical user reviews which always accompany a new entry into the series, and I've seen very few posters that I actually respect, be persuaded at all by this.

Good job team. Having a mind of your own, and being a Final Fantasy fan, lets me not only relate to you, but respect you. Keep up the intelligent postings!

I don't feel like the game or series should be punished because they didn't go in the direction you wanted to. As long as they're quality, I'll play these games each and everytime. I do elevate Final Fantasy above all else, so I'm definitely biased and saying so.

At the same time, we all have to be able to recognize we like a sub par game. I enjoy Dynasty Warriors far, far more than I should, and I love the series. I'm not going to be here and talk about how great it is, because it isn't. Game sucks.

This way, you don't offended when people have critical words or feelings about a game, because you agree about the faults yet you're still having so much fun. I know many people are the same. Especially with games like Mario Party where you have lots of fun despite the game having tons of faults and shortcomings.

Tell me abbout it, people don't like Fracture, and it isn't the greatest game in the pile IMO, but I still cherish it. I personally think though that "a game sucking" is strictly subjective either way.

I say game sucking in that it's a poorly made game with several technical flaws, etc. Things that are just bad that no one can deny. Kinda like Last Remnant. Game wasn't made very well at all, but I can see why people like it.
