It would probably mean PS3 takes the lead in EU installed base and the last country where 360 still leads in the world is the US.

It leads the PS3 in the UK too.

360 also leads PS3 in Canada, Australia, Taiwan, India and (surprisingly) Korea iirc.

If we're talking "major" national markets though, it's really just US/UK for 360, Japan/France/Germany for PS3.
