New release Blu Ray movies now less than 2-Disk DVD?

Saw The Boondock Saints on Blu Ray for $10 at Walmart then I look and it was $13 on DVD.

On Black Friday I bought my first Blu Ray movie (Have one other but it was a gift) I got The Last Samurai for $7. :]
