1 million is pretty decent. Not awe-inspiring (given how well the series has done), but decent.
Should hit 1.3-1.5m first week which is lower than previous iterations. Most likely, it will sell worse in Japan than any other recent mainline Final Fantasy. However, with it being multi-plat in the west, I think Square will be rewarded greatly for that.
