Hopefully next time they'll put more of a push behind it instead of focusing seemingly completely on the number entry in the original Final Fantasy series. Or perhaps they should start numbering the Crystal Chronicle series. Crystal Bearers is #5 I think if you include all titles that carry the name (GameCube, DS, 2 on WiiWare). They can still have the game play be different in each one but the next should be titles Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles 6: .

Rings of Fate

My Life as a King

Echoes of Time

My Life as a Dark Lord

Crystal Bearers

So this game is #6.
