Yes I have played the game and IMO it is very average.   A quick glance at its meta score tells me there are a lot more people who agree that the game is average.

In what world is an 83 an average game?   Thats a great score. 

I don't consider that a great score at all.  Great scores are in the 90's.  80's are average, 70's are below average and anything lower just sucks.  But regardless what you or I consider a good score, it is still MY OPINION that the game is average. 

Well its my opinion that you are wrong since you dont understand the scoring system at all.  80s are far from average

Argue with me all you want, for me it is this easy: 90's above average, 80's average, 70's below average.  That is my opinion!  I don't give a shit you think I'm wrong!  IT'S AN OPINION.  It doesn't change the fact that there are plenty of new games that scored considerably higher, 36 to be exact.
