Only FF or DQ could save the 360 in Japan but I think the Japanese protectionism will never allow such a thing to happen lol
Joking apart, I can't imagine Final Fantasy 13 being developed on lower specs systems such as Wii, DS or PSP. Graphics is now one of the main selling point of the series and these consoles can't deliver enough power to achieve the creators' vision. That would be a sort of regression and the core staff of the game will never accept that (especially Yoshinori Kitase and Tetsuya Nomura, these guys are really ambitious).
