Those of the fanboy mentality may enjoy that (and consequently listen to one out of three of your podcasts) but I see the average fan getting bored with it and moving on quickly. Besides, so much in this industry is interwoven that all three console manufacturers should be talked about in every entry.

This (the fanboy split) is the thing that's worrying me the most. On the other hand I don't want every podcast to be a screaming match. I'm thinking that each 'cast should have people talking about each company and we could discuss news and trends and whatnot, but this isn't going to be a praise-fest in any sense of the word. I want it to sound a little more professional than that.

Console loyalties won't mean anything here except as venues through which we find things to talk about. It's why I want the core members to preferably be multiplat owners, or at least abreast eough of cross-platform news that they can comment intelligently on other consoles without foaming at the mouth and chomping at the bit.
