Why did Square Enix stick with Sony?

Its not so clear cut as your trying to make it out to be.

that info you have posted is from AUG. and the GameSpot info is posted online so we all know that ONLINE publication's cannot be wrong ever right!.

I am just saying that since These very same problem's cropped up before when it came to "XBOXLIVE" that Certain thing's do indeed happen

and Since OPM has listed 

Sony Computer Ent. as the Publisher of FF:XIV it may just have gone console-exclusive.

do to "xboxlive" design for some MMO's may not be best suited for XBOXLIVE even though FF:11 was on the xbox FF:XIV MAY NOT BE THE SAME.
