Why did Square Enix stick with Sony?

I know what you just posted, what i was pointing out is GameSpot may not be right due to the fact that right from the get go they only list

that post you just posted when you click the Square Enix it states :

Developed AN Published games.

Square Enix can develop a game without publishing it.

my point is 

GameSpot can be just as wrong as OPM

but on the same Token one can be right and one can be wrong

and OPM for jan 2010 issue
