I figured out who my secret santa is (not hard. the one of the four codes that cross-confirms, and then use the nifty forum search function to run it back to the code's owner), and according to this thread, he/she's already sent something, but i haven't seen anything yet.
Currently waiting for my roommate to wake up, so i can send mine without bothering him.

That's not entirely correct. Most of my santa's have cross-confirmed. It may be that the others just haven't added you yet.
