Its in the context of the post.  Which you seem to be overlooking completly because you feel its not related to your posts.

Maybe repeating it in a different way will make it clear.  Anything can prove your point in a discussion if you keep focusing on only the points that make your argument work.  In this case, only console games, so called 'AAA' titles, etc.

The point of this thread was to point out that Western titles are not inferior to Japanese titles this generation, rather more the opposite. Though the opinions of critics are still opinions nevertheless, it's still a better choice to go off of when deciding which titles are better as critics try to be as unbiased and rate each game fairly by specific standards.

If you read my first post, I stated that this thread was started by smeone who was rather bias against Japanese games on the whole.  Along with only using 'console' and the vague masuring stick of 'AAA' titles as his view.  And was ultimately going to turn into just a debate of 'Western games are superior to Japanese games'.  Which it did.

While I admit I wasn't adding anything to the conversation, that was kind of the point.  I was pointing out the conversation and the whle thread was just one of many pointless 'west vs east' threads.  And one that started off rather bias against one side.

If you feel it's a pointless thread, don't waste your time brah. Of course it's going to start of in a biased manner towards Japanese games as whoever started the thread disagreed with the idea of Japanese titles being superior to Western titles. Though he may be (and though I may be) biased, by taking opinions of critics, who try not to be biased and rate by a specific standard, and using their judgement of the game titles to make a point seems fair in all cases. I'm sure you get what I mean.
