This has nothing to do with their review, but here is a snippet from their "Five Worst RPGs from Square Enix" list...
"4. Xenosaga I
What was I just saying about lame non-sequels to great RPGs? Say what you want about Xenogears, but I happened to love it. It had an interesting story, fairly enjoyable characters, awesome music, plenty of action, and sweet robots. Robots! What’d Xenosaga have? I don’t even know. I got, like, three hours into the first one and all I’d done was walk around on a space ship and watch boring movies. If I’d wanted to watch dull anime, I’d’ve watched Adult Swim, not spent thirty bucks or whatever on a video game I could only sell back for seven bucks. "
