InFamous, Batman Arkham Asylum, Uncharted 1 &2, Fable 2, Halo 3, Mass Effect 1 & 2, Modern Warfare 1 &2, Jak and Daxter, GOW3, Gears of War 1 & 2, Heavenly Sword, Assassins Creed 1 & 2, and much much more say hi. The majority of AAA titles launched this gen are majorly in the western court. Japan has run dry. Their only glimmer or hope is in 2010 and that is the only sign of significance from them. The west have owned this gen in dominant form. |
Rofl, I couldn't help but laugh at this. Bayonetta, Valkyria Chronicles,Demon's Souls MGS4, RE5, LO, SO4, FFXIII (broke street date), Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, Wii sports, Super Mario Galaxy, SSBB, Dissidia, Crisis Core, Mario Kart Wii, all collectively say hello. Also am laughing at the mention of AC1, as it was a dissapointment, 2 was very good but it is what 1 should have been. Infamous I own and working on beating it a second time, but couldn't help but notice me falling under the world twice. Fable 2 was dissapointing, ME1 was ok but glitchy, MW2 was more of the same/overrated-overhyped, but it's ok, NSMBW will outsell it (thank god). Heavenly sword is one of my personal favorites although I wish it was longer (absolute best acting in a game ever hands down). But umm ya, japan has not been lacking this gen in sales nor quality (Wii Sports alone has sold more than halo3, ME, uncharted1,2, and MW2 combined (although Wii sports isn't necessarily great in my personal opinion, I tend to favor VC and DS more along with others). I take it by your avatar that ME is the second coming (although far from it). Oh ya I forgot Zelda also says hello :).
Make games, not war (that goes for ridiculous fanboys)
I may be the next Maelstorm or not, you be the judge http://videogamesgrow.blogspot.com/ hopefully I can be more of an asset than a fanboy to VGC hehe.
