Right, sorry, I should have said this earlier:
To make things easier for (almost) everyone, your Tim and your Santa are now in the same country that you are. So most people do NOT have to change their country settings this year. The exception is people who are on mainland Europe: they'll need to change their country settings to gift their Tim. I've already notified those people what country their Tim is in. Everyone else; no need to worry!
