From my personal experiance, The Wii is attracting a lot of women, I can't tell how many times they bring up Wii and Wiifit, that's new to me. Frankly that's a good thing, great job by Nintendo for bringing them in, but it's unclear how long they will stay, but since most Nintendo fans seems to be happy, only time will tell. As long as the core Nintendo games sell, the only thing really is to get the big third party games, I just don't see it outside of japan, which is fine by me.

Nintendo is having some trouble attracting third parties. This is also the best third party support they have had since the SNES. No company is anxious to compete head-on with Nintendo, and for very good reason. Nintendo also has a history of treating third parties like shit, and that is for no good reason. I find it extremely hard to believe that third parties would magically like them more for staying the course like they did the previous 2 generations given how low support was then.
