Add Metroid Prime 3, Metroid Prime Trilogy, Wario Land: Shake It!, Smash Bros. Brawl, and perhaps a few other's I've missed.  Miyamoto said in an interview that he likes in-game acheivements or something or another - it was very recent but I can't find it.
