Sony is going down the wrong path with their game development?

So why is Forza3 1/3rd the franchise Gran Turismo is.

F3 has the quality, so why cant it do anywhere near GT numbers, where are the Halo like sales ?  Why cant MS push a sim anywhere as good as Sony can.
