LOL, your internet companies still have "fair usage policies" in the U.S?
I'm with Sky in the UK, absolutely no fair use policy and no maximum downloads per month, all for £5 a month as I already have Sky TV, 12mb connection and i'm normally downloading at least 7gb a day AND I run my own server from home, never ever had any issues.

I too have been gaming online for years and NEVER had any issues with ISP's, it sounds to me that PC gamers are still throwing their teddies out the pram over the dedicated server nonsense, they will say anything to try and harm MW2, shame they all failed......

Sky have a fair usage policy, I suggest re-reading your contract.  I also call bullshit on the 7Gb a day claim.  There is no practical use to download that much on a daily basis.

I haven't had a day where I have had less tha 14GB download in he last 3 weeks. I laso have not come anywhere near any torrent sites either.

I'm  at 50 gigs in 1 week.
