November NPD = VGChartz Adjustments and 360 outselling PS3 in Americas?!

can some 1 explain me how it works i dont think all makes sense up there

does npd and vgc track North america as a whole meaning cananda mexico ect or just the 50 states?

i think vgc tracks it as a whole and npd does not is this true
