| Squilliam said: It would be worse if they had maximum PS3s over there. The PS3 eats dust and you can't get it out. My 3rd (warranty replacements) PS3 sounds like a vacuum and I hardly use it whilst my Xbox 360 doesn't have much dust to speak of and has never let me down. Its probably one of the places, like my lounge which is unfriendly to PS3 hardware to the extreme. |
YES I know! I was playing 360 last weekend, and with respect for the household I had to keep it a bit quiet. So I set the sound level and had no problems watching TV. But then we turn on the BARELY USED 360, and guess what? The whole house was filled with the beautiful tunes of an airplane's jet engine. Ah, and with the sweet melody of engines filling our ears, there was no chance what so ever that we could actually play games with a normal sound level. NO CHANCE AT ALL! To say a PS3 is more noisy than the 360 is just: 1. tough luck, the PS3 you got is a very lonely one, actually a 1 in 27.800.000 lonely, or 2. You're full of shit, or 3. Blame it on the lounge... Based on your posts on this forum, I have to go with option... number 2 or 3, maybe number 1 (miracles DO happen)...
OT:
US Marines are way smarter than I thought. +1
