I'd say it's very possible. Crazy stuff happens in Japan. A big game on a less-saturated system can do alot. Now that I see bundles are being very supply restricted, I'm changing my prediction to 150-200k instead of 250k. But 250k is very possible. I don't think anyone called 150k for the slim release...
