No.  The sequel is though.

Sadly the sequel is the good version of the game.  It's what the first game should have been.  The first game suffers from bad controls. 

Yes it suffers from bad controls, bad graphics, bad music, and a huge absence of fun.

I admit the graphic is pretty bad, the music is not impressive and the control is sometimes iffy. However, the game is tons of fun with multiplayers.
