I 'd say 18 million is more of a reasonable figure considering that they have sold approximately 14 million consoles now and with 6 weeks to go they would have to sell on average 1 million wiis per week which I think is unlikely. We may see it crack 1 million for a week or 2 but I doubt that they can average that during a 6 week period. |
first they have stated supply will be considerably better than last christmas....so more than 4 million is a given unless 1/2 the ships get hi-jacked. I personally think there will be at least 18 million sold, probably over 19.
also there are 7 weeks if you include the week after christmas, which is still of reasonable size in Americas and PAL...and in Japan is usually the best or second best selling week of the year.
