I disagree, Miyamoto is the guy to trust, not as a supervisor but as producer. Because he has a true connection with gamers. Aonuma is up on his head trying to inject himself into his games, he reminds of Tingle from the first time we see him in MM, up on a balloon somewhere.

Majorah's Mask had a lot of interesting rather controversial ideas, it was a good momentary deviation and experiment. But if Majorah's Mask came out next year as "the" Wii game to impress everybody, it wouldn't turn out too well. He wants to do another Ocarina of Time in principle, not Majorah's Mask. I wish him luck with that, but something tells me he's up on the "innovation" and "technology" balloon regarding Ocarina of Time's impact.

I'm skeptical. The way he's talking now actually makes me worried.

....You're serious, then.

You think of Majora's Mask - Majora's Mask - as "a momentary deviation".

You realize he also directed Wind Waker and Twilight Princess too, right? And he was the producer for Phantom Hourglass? Not sure what his position was on Spirit Tracks, though.
