PS1 jrpgs vs. PS2 jrpgs

By far PS1. There were a lot more and they were a lot better. I find turn based RPGs of late have been lacking in the emotional department. I had to read a lot of text back then, and I can't say I played a lot of RPGs from then, but boy did that text reading bring a tear to my eyes.
