These ads are sold on a really low CPM basis. something like 1-2 dollars per 1000 impressions. Id need to know monthly traffic that the site does...but its safe to say advertising revenue is represented witht he following formula. monthly traffic / 1000 * 1-3 dollars So if the site does 2 million impressions a month, it does $2000 at worst and $6000 at best. |
According to most website tracking sites, VGChartz at least has around 4.5 million hits per month.
I'm guessing VGChartz makes around $10,000 a month. Ofcourse, all costs (servers, etc) must be paid by this too.
