YES, BECAUSE IT'S SAD TO SEE A GAME LIKE NINTENDOGS AND BAYONETTA GET 40 WHILE FFXIII GETS A 39. Don't get me wrong, it's an amazing score. But for FFXIII anything short of 40 is fail.
