My monitor is currently at 1680X1050. I don't see a difference. I dunno what it is, but my eyes apparently just automatically blur over all the flaws in an image. I have changed the resolution on a number of PC games in a desperate attempt to see the difference. I have only ever seen it once, and that was with Diablo 2. Diablo 2 actually changes the UI with the higher resolution though, so it would be impossible not to notice.
