The thing is that most people that wanted it bought it on Xbox when it released over a year before.

Are the sales that bad?

It has sold 400k so far, and will get over 500k before the end of year. 

No the sales aren't bad. Just like people were bagging on NG2 sales on 360 unjustly. I don't know why people think NG is a blockbuster franchise. Ninja Gaiden hasn't been a big seller since the NES days. It's a niche franchise. NGS2 sales aren't that bad considering it's a second tier franchise when it comes to sales and it's a late port.
