Super Mario World

Super Mario 64

And Super Mario Galaxy

Not that other instalements in the Mario series both 2d and 3d aren't great, but I think, that it's these 5 titles that have really pushed both Mario, the genre, and overall gaming to were it is today.. :)

But... you made my list. This is the 5 greatest Mario games. New Super Mario Bros Wii isn't as innovative as World or SMB3, but it is a very good title and a little snack before Galaxy 2.
