Eh, I'm in support of users being able to use their hardware to the full range of its abilities and not being artificially restricted by the hardware makers. I am against Microsoft locking out Datel memory cards. I am against Microsoft overcharging for harddrives and wireless adapters while locking out alternatives. I am against Nintendo region locking games and refusing to release them in certain regions, and putting out flashcard-blocking updates for the DSi. If Nintendo wants to eliminate any legitimate case for these cards and for Wii homebrew, they should first and foremost eliminate region locking and provide the sort of functionality users are able to get from flashcards and homebrew, piracy notwithstanding.

Are you talking about the DSiWare? All retail games are capable of being played in any region's DS as far as I know. I have a few Japanese and European imports, and they all worked with no trouble whatsoever.

And what about out of region Wii games? And when will the ability to stream all your games from one cart (DS) or HDD (Wii) be added?
