Which means we'll never see a PS3 again.  Well unless they wanna sell it for the 800-900 it cost at launch + shipping.

Hah, yeah, that's what I thought immediately on reading the OP. It's a shot across the bow of entire business models. Nintendo isn't immune, either, since it would have a profound impact on their relationships with third parties.

Oh yeah.  I was just stating that because how far this judge wanted it to go was really telling.
